At Aayuone, your satisfaction and trust in our Ayurvedic products mean everything to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we make the return and refund process simple and transparent.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Aayuone.com.

• To request a return, please contact us at support@aayuone.com with your Order Number. Our team will generate a Return Authorization for you.

• For exchanges, kindly place a new order for the desired item, and we will assist in processing the return for your previous order.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, it will take 3–5 business days to process your refund to the original payment method.

• If you do not see your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@aayuone.com.

Invalid Reasons for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (e.g., no longer wanting the item after ordering).

• Products opened, used, or not in their original condition/packaging.

Order Cancellations

• If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to stop delivery.
